If you are a California resident, this section describes how The Madera Group (and its affiliates, “We/Us”) collect and use your Personal Information (as defined below) in operating our business and our services, including when you interact with us in restaurants (including using any tablets in our restaurants), on our site, at events or when visiting our office, and your rights with respect to that Personal Information. For purposes of this section, “Personal Information” has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) but does not include information exempted from the scope of the CCPA.

You have the rights listed below, but they are not absolute, and in certain cases We may deny your request as permitted or required by law. If We deny your request, We will inform you as soon as is practicable.

We reserve the right to confirm your California residency to process your requests. In accordance with the CCPA, We will need to confirm your identity to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide Us with sufficient detail to allow Us to understand and respond to it.

The list below summarizes the Personal Information We collect and use by reference to the categories specified in the ​CCPA​ in California Civil Code § 1798.140(o), and describes our practices during the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy. The “categories we collect” refer to the categories described above in section entitled Personal Information We Collect.
